The money is blocked and you can only withdraw a fixed amount monthly
This system ensures that you do not face financial difficulties during your stay in Germany
For the Opportunity Card, shorter periods (minimum 3 months) may be sufficient
We support you in opening a blocked account with a German bank and with all necessary formalities.

For the Opportunity Card, you must be able to demonstrate basic German language skills:
At least level A1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
The certificate must be issued by a recognized examination center
Higher language levels (A2 or B1) improve your chances in the points system
Online courses are possible, but the exam must be officially recognized
We work with certified language schools and can support you in preparing for and registering for the exam.
How does the points system for the Opportunity Card work?
The Opportunity Card is based on a points system where you need to achieve at least 6 out of 10 possible points:
Vocational training/university degree: up to 3 points

Our team analyzes your profile and advises you on how to optimally achieve the required points.
